Why do you suppoise they changed the stationary horizontal plane to a ball hurling through space on an axis at over a thousand miles per hour and rotating and spinning rotating around the solar system, the galaxy and universe and yet we never feel any of these motions. Besides all that ... we never see parallax of the stars, or separation. The constellations and zodiac, Cycles of the year will and have always been the same for over thousands of years in th4e night time sky. If we were travelling at all these speeds through space the night time sky would appear different all the time. . We do experience precessioion just 1 degree every 72 years! .

We know the changes began with Nicolaus Copernicus
Nicolaus Copernicus was a Renaissance polymath, active as a mathematician, astronomer, and Catholic canon, who formulated a model of the universe that placed the Sun rather than Earth at its center just a little over 400 years ago, prior to that all indegigenous peoples KNEW that the earth was stationary, horizontal and was the center of our universe.. We live on a vast plane, how big noone knows! But it is vast and stationary, immovable. Which is why we things like Air "Planes" because we live on a "Plane" and Sea Level, not Sea Curve! There is no measurable curvature to be found based even on their spherical geometry that they claim to have to prove that the earth is a ball,
