How does this site pay for its self, or does it?

There are some POKER TELLS about this site, that something is not right here......

Is it merely a information phishing scam, it does not seem to make sense, why this site even exists, the chats are never used/have chats between user's going on, the profiles have Polaroid pics in some of them.....

Most of the text for profiles, has word usage and grammar that indicates it was not written by English native speaking person's...

Does not seem to be a personal dating "honey pot",
That someone runs, to get dates, therefore a reasonable reason for the expenditures ...

Yeah, maybe it's only a few dollars a month for VPS, few dollars a year for domain maintenance costs, but still, what is the purpose....

This riddle is driving me nuts....

I don't.... It does not even redirect you to some other "pay to play", site/links...

Is it some serial killers personal database for prey, other?

Also dating sites are very low as to CPC/CPM returns, even if this site somehow gets 10K new clicks a day, it's only worth about $5.00 a month income to the owner, not enough to even pay annual overheads....


Am I the only one seeing there's something wrong here, is it run by the Chinese government for espionage or something???

So I did some statistics checks,

LGBT most likely to use dating apps,/sites.

Males use most often.

60% of American's have used prior.

17-25% of American folks currently using said apps/sites, which equals 60 million users...

Is it a PSI operation run by our government on us, to control population?
I ask this because, I am seeing tons of sites just like this.... In many ways a like.. making no sense...

Is this a attack on human reproductive habits by some AI?

Got your message today about your concerns about this. I'll try answering this: When we first started in 2016, we didn't add 3rd-party ads because the traffic wasn't high enough for CPM to make anything (as you stated), so we felt that leaving ads off the site would be more appealing for site users. Basically, we would sacrifice the short-term, almost-nothing earnings in exchange for long-term bonus to user experience and retaining users. That is the logic for why there are no ads on the site right now. I'm not sure why Google AI says there are ads on our site though.

We will be adding ads after the 2.0 version of our site launches - we are putting most of our effort into developing that right now. We'll be using a combination of 3rd-party premium ad services, and later, a home-built ad manager. One of the unique challenges we face is that 3rd-party ad services are very picky when it comes to dating site - they often decline ad programs to "adult" sites - and many dating sites sometimes fall into a grey area. This is why we have strict rules about no nudity or adult content on the public facing side of the site - where the ad service would show up.

These ad services don't just accept anyone. Websites sort of have to go through an "interview" process, where they look over everything and approve the site. So we are making sure the 2.0 version of the site is clean, sharp and impressive - no adult content/nudity. We also need to keep in mind the design aspect of the site so that future, automated ads show up in proper spots on the site without ruining the layout. We will be waiting until the 2.0 version launches, and then the ads will be added. So far, the overhead costs are easily manageable, so it's not urgent for us to get ads up on the site. We can wait a few more months for the relaunch and then do it the right way.
