About Me:
Retired professional Director of Quality Management and Program Evaluation Consultant with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration (MPA) graduate degree from Arizona State University, financially secure, very recently widowed. Married over 28 years. Born and raised in a suburb of Chicago. Lived in Arizona since 1974. Physically fit, exercises at least twice a day. A few of my proud accomplishments was (1), a cross country bicycle tour/self-contained camping trip in the summer of 1980, and (2), my first solo as an 18 year old student pilot in a light Cessna 150. I am a licensed amateur radio operator (KG7QYL). I love to watch U-Tube music videos of 1960s, 1970's, and 1980's rock bands. I learned to play the drums as a child and played in a garage band during high school. I enjoy being kind to other people and am both garrulous but also a good listener. I also like to volunteer my time towards worthy causes. I enjoy writing program evaluation research papers, and as a professional writer, have written many narrative and statistical research papers for 501-C3 non-profits and governmental sectors. I enjoy my sports car convertibles (New Mazda MX-5 and mint condition Corvette convertible, both manual transmissions), my Suzuki Burgman 400 fully dressed motorcycle, my two homes in both Phoenix and Prescott Country Club with rangeland for my front yard with gorgeous views of the Bradshaw Mountains/horses and cattle grazing. I believe that friendship should come first in a potential long term relationship to ensure mutual compatibility prior to a long term commitment. My recently deceased wife Patti and I met on a blind date and had an instant, mutual connection. That said, we became friends first and were married shortly thereafter. So my large Phoenix home is now empty, as is my home in the Prescott Country Club.
