About Me:
I am a retired general contractor who lost my wife of 24 years after a 7 year battle with cancer. It was quite an ordeal and I am putting the pieces of my life back together. The greiving part is pretty much over but now comes the day to day routine of living single. I am in good health for an old fart with the regular scars, warts and wrinkles. I am not looking for a nurse or a purse as I have enough funds to take me to the final end. I don"t go to the gym as I get enough exercise doing yardwork and cutting and splitting firewood. I'm not big on goiing out to eat on a regualr basis as I don't want to put on any extra weight but I do cook for myself and I'm a pretty blame good cook. I'm not a chef, just a good cook as I've had many years of practice and even cooked for Uncle Sam in the Army. I have had a varied background of jobs, some good, some not so good but usually took something away thatt I could use in later life. Worked construction and building maintenance, had my own company and rehabbed a number of houses. But now I'm to that point in life when I would like to have a woman who would be a good campanion, someone to share my love with. I am a gentleman, I'll open and hold the doors for you, treat you with utmost respect, try to communicate in an educated manner and charish you with all of the love I can pull from the bottom of my heart. I will never hurt you and don't want to be hurt by you. In return, I want to be treated in an honest manner, don't ever lie or steal from me or you will be gone in a hot sh*t minute. My Ideal Match:
I would like to find a nice woman who wants to be loved and cared for, is conservative politically and religiousaly, not a bible thumber. I am a devout christian and attend church regularly. I do not debate politics or religion so you won't hear much on either subject, just don't try to change me. I want a woman who is easy on the eyes, you don't have to be a movie star, just someone who takes care of youself, height to weight ratio average or above.
