About Me:
To begin with.... I'll be 81 years old in early August 2026. I have COPD, but oxygen use is mostly for when I walk. I have a herniated disc in my lower back making it difficult at times to straighten up when walking, but seeking solutions. I use a walker when going places because my balance is questionable at times. I have written a number of self published books and had printed one novel. I have also written a number of children's books, having printed two of them. It's expensive having books printed. I love to fish and just get out and enjoy nature. I had a fishing lure company (Bass-Hawg Baits) which I began in 1979 and sold in 2024 when moved to Cullman, Al. After my son accepted a new job, he and his family moved from Billings, Montana to Cullman. After 3 years I moved from Billings in April 2024 to Cullman to be near my family again. My son is my only child and I also have two grandsons, ages 20 and 18. I have been working on a new creation for those using medical oxygen, to make their lives much safer. I hope to haver it completed very soon and apply for a patent.
I am a very honest peaceful person looking for the same in a good woman. I am very romantic, loving to kiss, hug and cuddle a lot. I enjoy watching movies, old and new. Love watching detective, western, adventure, syfy and comedy type movies. My favorite sports teams are the Minnesota Vikings (a fan since their beginning in 1960) and Atlanta Braves (a fan since 1952 when they were in Boston). I attend the Senior Citizen Center in Cullman every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings until noon to exercise in the special room having weights, stationary cycles and treadmills. I use C.A.R.T.S for transportation getting there. I have a Jeep Patriot Sport which I gave to my oldest grandson and he takes me to the doctors, prescriptions and pickup groceries at Walmart. I was shot in the left eye by a kid with a BB gun the day after Christmas in 1956. The doctor saved my eye, but not my vision. My eye looks off to the left some, at times confusing new friends where I am looking. Just focus on my right eye and we will be good! As a final, I have grown a beard ever since I was in my 30s. I kept it short until I began portraying Santa Clause in 2005. When the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in 2020 I had to stop being Santa.
