I am just a guy that likes to have fun of course. I went through some pretty serious health issues a while back. When I finally got a handle on my health it was only after making some serious lifestyle changes. These days I am all about trying to live as cleanly as possible. For me this means that I must be very conscious of the food that I consume. I’m basically just eating plant based foods now. I have been doing this for a couple years now and it has transformed my life into something worth living again. I am back! I have so much energy now and I feel like I’m in my thirties again.
