So I recently got into Country music, it was a Morgan Whalen song that expressed my basic sentiments at the time. Really, though it was Zach Bryan and the fact he reads his poetry on his albums that brought me in. Something I still hope to do guess I should write more. And I have plenty to write about. , I live on my sailboat and have been traveling around the lower portion of Florida the past couple of months. The people I meet, man what love out here in the world. The predicaments , well I wish they did not happen. Each is a learning experience. A lot I shoulda gotten when I was younger.
Think the biggest lesson lately has been learning emotional maturity. That’s the real reason I started listening to country music. My lady friend at the time had me checking out “Into the Orange” by Zach Bryon. Somewhere in there between things being good and listening to some new jams I behaved poorly! I mean like a small child throwing a tantrum, being mean just to be hurtful. And you know up until she pointed it out Emotional Maturity. I popped into the present. I finally aged a bit mentally.
So that’s kinda my new thing.
And it’s a chore boundaries, respect truth and the big one trust. Cause there is no relationship with out it.
