Introduction: This game is also known as Alternate. This is another version of Shift and Block, the objective is the same, you move your pieces to block your opponent so that he can no longer move. There are 9 spaces in this game, 8 are joined and arranged into an octagon, and then they are all joined to a space in the center. Each player has 4 pieces and at the start of the game they are put on the spaces on the octagon in an alternate manner. Then the game proceeds like Shift and Block in which the players take turns to move the pieces until one player cannot move. This game needs more thinking and takes longer to play. The faster you win, the higher your score.
