So, dropping a direct list or veiled summary of what I expect (or what you can expect in me) seems...limiting? leading?
I've been severely under-impressed by humanity as a whole so far, and the outlook is, well, bleak.
But, individual people? The incredible variety available in a limitless number of traits, types, influences, personalities, abilities, flaws and perspectives...it's exhausting to think about. But, it can be so amazing to experience, be part of, and have revealed. Some people, and this is true, make all the humanity not just bearable, but worth it.
I don't tread water much...if you're not moving forward, you become stagnant. But, constant motion becomes...tiring. People need to spend some time in a place of lessoned stress, fewer demands, and a greater sense of security and acceptance in ones just "being". It's important for our mental and emotional health. It's hard to find the time sometimes though.
Looking for someone to hang with, talk to, be there for...looking for someone to feel comfortable with, that would prefer to be happy if given the choice. Someone with more thoughts than opinions. Looking for a woman, preferably one who doesn't mind that she is one. I value the light shed by a female perspective, and the added deepness to a relationship intimacy can bring. I have no expectations of a sexual relationship, but it shouldn't be actively avoided either...built-in barriers limit what could be and self-limit our happiness.
