Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. First things first. A few years ago I had bilateral knee replacements. Unfortunately, three weeks later I fell and blew out both knees. As a result, I have to use a cane to get out and about. I still enjoy working out 3 times a week and trying to eat as healthy as I can. I also enjoy watching sports and classic movies. Food is my favorite. I enjoy good food whenever possible. I wish I could cook better than I do. I keep practicing just not there yet.
