Hello, 66-year-old male. Healthy, energetic. Still possess a passion for life and embrace the everyday. I am in good shape, still have all my hair and teeth, my belly is flat, and my brain is sharp. I love the outdoors, I hike, kayak, snow ski, motorcycle, scuba dive and walk my dogs daily. I retired 3 months ago after 12 years building boats, spent 20 years before that as a plant nursery supervisor. Am financially stable. Lost my wife of 24 years last year. She was the love of my life. I am not looking to replace her; she was her and no one else can be. But all people are unique, and I do not want a reasonable facsimile of her. I want to experience another person and all their idiosyncrasies, loves, and experiences. Their talents, passions and viewpoint. I cannot disregard the past, but I can recognize it for what it is and what it is not. I could perhaps spend the rest of my life alone and reasonably happy, but believe life is so much better shared. I have a million hobbies and a house and yard full of plants that I am struggling to care for. I have two elderly dogs and live in a small house on the water.
