Why are you might ask and first of all good afternoon my name is Ruth!
Over two years ago I lost 120 pounds I went on a vegan diet and I’ve kept it off and I stayed on my vegan diet!
I lay down every negative haven’t I’ve ever had and I’ve kept it right there in the past! And that’s where it stayed!
I meditate now 2 to 3 times a day, and I fall in love in love with myself and all of life!
I’m an artist and I love to draw and get outside and walk and be outside with nature and I love to go on outings to museums and I love to read about the human body and neuroscience and anything to do about the body and personal change watch anyone can do you just have to believe in yourself and you can do it!
I maintain a loving attitude every day. This is how I’ve maintained, and how I’ve done my own personal transformation and change in the last two years.
I love you I have become, and I love of life!
I’m a very loving person I love to draw and I have a few beautiful pets. I have a bearded dragon I have a very loving cat and I have a house, bunny and two giant Madagascar day gecko‘s yes we all live together!
I get out on the weekends and during the week I do yoga on my own, and I also do acupuncture weekly with a specialist!
I also love to cook and I’m an awesome cook to!
I love to draw and I went to college for it years ago!
