Hi, I'm new to LHO, and will be new to the MS. gulf coast area in the near future. I'm currently live near the Tupelo area and plan to visit for relocation choices. It's been quite a while, and in my discovery while networking, I'm hearing great things, for example, the cuisine, activities, etc. I'm well-traveled and had properties from gulf shores, from beach/bay to burbs, even tried a village in AR., on the golf course. Not an avid golfer but it was prime resale. I've resided in HI., Costa Rica, as well. Being indigenous of Memphis, unfortunately is not the same place I grew up in, so I've rescued my 86 years young mom, from there, for she has outlived everyone she's ever known, so, she is stuck with me, ha ha. I was informed that the MS. gulf coast has the world's largest man-made beach. Is that a sexist term these days? Hope not, just a little humor there, I like to make people laugh from time to time, so I hope to meet someone, who is not too serious. Life is short, like a roll of t paper, the closer you get to the end, the faster it dissipates. Now that I've cheered everyone up, I've tried the popular dating sites in the past, but my magic genie lady did not appear. How does one drone on and on, about themselves without being seemingly self-absorbed? I have varied interest, like most, and I know, call me crazy, I like communicating by phone, and getting to know someone, somewhat, and hopefully lead to a first meeting in a public place, of mutual interest. I'm not a hop around Cassidy, if you know what I mean. I do not care for control freaks, liars, or pretentiousness, would just like to someone to be themselves. I tried to meet people on fakebook, but it didn't take long to delete my account, I just don't like it, it's full of me me me people. I'm old school, I guess when it comes to meeting someone. Who knows, we both could be that HIDDEN GEM, each has been seeking. You never know unless you give something a chance.
