claramj: Looking For My Life Partner!

I am disabled, and on SSI, I have to walk with a cane, I live with my older brother and his wife, her adult son, his wife, our oldest brother, in a large house in Warren Michigan. I rent a room from them, so not free, and I buy & make my own food. I have Asperger's Syndrome, but a milder case, it's part of the Autism spectrum, actress Daryl Hannah has it, to give you some idea about it. I also have a bad back, hips, and other joints, which is why I use a cane. I love animals, especially cats, also monkey's and apes, for more wild types. But like dogs, too, my family has 3 dogs, a black cat, and a Bearded Dragon lizard.
I enjoy lots of different music genres, both new and older music. Also love movies, scifi, fantasy, some horror if it has a good story, dramas, action and comedy, same for tv shows too and books, same genres. My favorite show I have been obsessed with is The Big Bang Theory, I kinda understand Sheldon, though I'm not that smart, lol, I also love Penny. I also like to play video games, though I am 56, I don't really act like most people my own age, I enjoy probably just as much of the things a lot of much younger people do, as I do things people closer to my own age. The video games are all PC games, especially life simulation games, namely The Sims, which I have played since the first one in 2000, and play The Sims 4 as well. I also have played some fighting games, like the Elder Scrolls 3 up to Skyrim, and the GTA games as well, except GTA 5. I do play some phone games, but just solitaire, word search, mahjong, and other word puzzle games, But only ones that are free, because I won't pay to play those types of games. I even like comic books, I am a big old nerd and geek!

I also love watching funny videos on YouTube, especially ones with animals, and informational ones too, about science, like prehistoric animals and people, space, also historical documentary style videos, and some true crime videos as well, but not makeup or fashion ones though, I'm just not into that stuff, it's okay if you are though. I also like to draw, though not as much as I used to when I was younger, and I have been told I am good, though not masterpiece good, at least I wouldn't say so.

I am a very open minded person, and I believe in treating people the same way I want to be treated, and don't care about race or looks, I judge you by your personality and actions.

I'm not a religious person, but not an atheist either, I just don't believe in any religions ideas. I am more science minded, with some spiritual mixed in, more my own ideas.

I am a Lesbian, but haven't had much practice, though I've been out for 30 years. I'm too socially awkward, so it's been impossible for me, my Asperger's hasn't helped, and I have only known I had it for about 5 years now. But I don't want to be alone, it's just hard to meet anyone nowadays. I don't want a hook up, I want commitment, I want a long term committed relationship, a life partner, and a companion, to enjoy the rest of my life with.

My body, bones, may be a bit wobbly, but my organs are healthy, things like my heart, kidney's and liver are fine, lungs too, though I do have a mild case of asthma, I've had since I was a kid, and got bronchitis when I was 12.

As I said I cook for myself, I love cooking homestyle dishes, country style, but I also can follow a recipe as well.

Even with my back and hip problems I still love to take walks in a park, on a trail, I love the outdoors, we have a lot of big parks near where I live in Michigan, and I have enjoyed going there in the past. I say the past because its been awhile since I have been to my favorite places, I used to go with my best friend, but she got married a few years ago and she and her wife live way on the other side of our state, so I never see her anymore, we just keep in touch through Facebook and on the phone now, so I have no one to go with me anymore. And admittedly, I don't drive, never have, just didn't get the chance to learn, my mom was a bit weird, and didn't think I needed to learn. Anyway, obviously that means where ever you live, I won't be able to drive to you myself, you would have to come to me, which I understand might not sound too good, especially with me admitting to having Asperger's, being on disability, having to use a cane, among other things, But I hope you won't hold any of it against me, and will give me a chance.

Also sex isn't a big deal to me, so not interested in any hook ups, I am more interested in companionship, then anything else, long term companionship, like the white picket fences type. And though I have no kids, I have no problem with kids or any age.

I am looking for a female born woman, race doesn't matter, shape doesn't matter, looks doesn't matter, what matters is your personality. I want a kind hearted, compassionate woman, who is understanding and loving to everyone, as long as they are kind to her too, no big haters, no MAGA's!

Age wise probably between 30 and up, I am keeping it open, 30 may be a bit young for a 56 year old, but I'm not like most my age, and I want someone who will except me the way I am, especially with me having Asperger's, most people I know won't want to bother with that, even though you wouldn't know it by being around me, I didn't know I had it and no one else did until 5 years ago.

You would have to be someone who don't mind traveling to see me, especially if you live outside Michigan or over seas, if that's possible. But I am wiling to relocate once we get to know each other better, that would be up to you, obviously.

I do hope for someone with a good sense of humor, someone who doesn't think being mean and nasty is cool, like a lot of people seem to nowadays. Someone who is a good listener, I tend to find I listen more to others, then others listen to me, like as when just talking about a problem your having or just something you like to talk about, your interests, likes and hobbies, or a book, movie or tv show you read/saw, the person your with should be able to set a listen to you and remember what you said, it they did.

Must love cats, and all animals, it's okay if you don't like snakes or rodents, I don't expect you that, and I am not fond of snakes anyway, I do like lizards though.
