I'm 83, but still kickin' as a performing Bluegrass musician, guitar, banjo, lead singer. Retired machinist, former researcher in 2 industrial research labs, Colgate-Palmolive & Shell Development Co. division of Shell Oil. I live in the Slocan Valley in SE British Columbia. on a gorgeous property with 2 creeks, 2 ponds, beautiful meadows, semi-virgin cedar forest, 60 ft. waterfall, with trails and forest roads, wildlife galore, grizzly and black bears, deer, beaver, skunks, chipmunks, Richardson ground squirrels, grey tree squirrels, grouse, eagles, wild turkeys, Canada geese, bats, owls, eagles, muskrats, frogs, trout, + more. Easy access to Nelson and Castlegar. I've been divorced for 38 years. I have a son who has his own family with 3 boys. I became one of the top lay "lawyers" in North America, almost by accident, having done 2 jury trials successfully, proved radar doesn't work, 24 wins, 4 losses on parking tickets, defended numerous friends successfully, had $196,000 in restitution claims dismissed, plus more. I could have been a professional musician, but that would have meant living in or near some place like Nashville, or being on the road for a large part of my time, when I'd rather be on my land enjoying it.
