I am a nerd in the sense of coming from the technical community. In reality, I haven't worked for over 15 years, as I was very fortunate to be in the tech world when it was booming. I started a company in the 90s that went public, and I retired shortly after that. I've done many things since then, but now my life is focused on building a new home about an hour from Austin, and for now I'm living on the lake.
