I see gaming as a problem among teenagers and younger boys. There are more boys than girls that are into gaming in today's society. It is easy that gaming becomes an addiction and it is important that you don't spend too many hours in front of the computer. Many people that like's gaming makes it a priority and becomes less social.
Gaming today has become an important part in the everyday life to a lot of people. Some makes gaming to the top priority, which can have a big impact on their school or work. It can become so important to them that they put more time on gaming than homework for example.
43 000 000 hours each day is spent on gaming in UK. That is an enormous amount of time that could be put on more important things such as studies.
