    SWEET AND SAVORY GLAZED SAUSAGE POTATOES

    Whether you’re cooking for your family, throwing together a quick weeknight dinner, or making something special for a gathering, this dish is sure to impress.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Sausage: Use 1-pound of your favorite type of sausage —whether it’s pork, chicken, or turkey, smoked and sliced.
    • Potatoes: 4 medium baby potatoes.
    • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
    • Maple syrup or Honey: 1 tablespoon
    • Salt: ½ teaspoon
    • Black Pepper ground: ½ teaspoon
    • Fresh parsley: chopped (for garnish)
    • Dried Rosemary: ½ teaspoon

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a baking dish.
    3. Slice sausages into rounds and add them to the potatoes.
    4. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.
    5. Toss everything to coat evenly, then spread in a single layer.
    6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
    7. For extra glaze, drizzle with honey or maple syrup in the last 5 minutes of baking.
    8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
