My world view is shaped around being a Christian who has also spent time learning about Buddhist teachings, and I find the two very compatible. Ways I recharge my spiritual battery include being at the beach or otherwise in nature, especially around big trees and running water. I love being around young people, having run a Sunday school class for high school kids at my former Episcopal church.
