He requested everything to go to trial because he stated I never needed to be conserved to begin with. And well my mom was charged gross vehicular manslaughter reduced from a felony to an infraction charge that never went on her license or her record at all. The Sierra Courthouse purged the file pertaining to my father's death. However I have the case file summary for this incident here and well I have been trying to get help with this situation here since this has happened to me and well my mom did try to kill me before I deployed to Afghanistan she took my medication that prevents me from catching malaria. She said because I had pneumonia as a kid I couldn't catch Malachi. However when I came back from my tour overseas I came home and caught malaria and nearly died. And well my mom stole from my entire inheritance roughly 2.5 million dollars and what a sad is so I'm not wanting to take my mother to court I'm wanted her to give me a copy of my father's Will and Trust. So that I can go to the banks have them reissue a check, and if they go after her then they go after that'll be on them. My mother is a registered chemotherapy nurse for Kaiser hospital and well if you want to help me out with getting a story out there that'd be greatly appreciated. He has retired and well when he was a judge his case files went to my mother's attorney Steve Mortimer. The judge James Oakley who placed me on temporary probate conservatorship him and my mother's attorney Steve Mortimer are former law firm partners. And well I have tried to file a police report, I was told by the sheriff I need to go to the courthouse and petition with the clerk to be placed on calendar. I was told by the clerk that she couldn't assist me then I was given a State bar referral code for the State bar of California to help me locate an attorney to assist me with everything. And a guy by the name of Jake said that the California State bar would not assist me with locating an attorney! So seriously if you can please help me out with getting this entire message out there that would be greatly appreciated seriously. And I protected my mother all the time and well like I said you before she could have been arrested a long time ago. So I don't know about you but I did good in the military the first time on active duty not so good because my mother couldn't let go and let me grow up as a man. So I ended up getting out and when I got out I went to the national guard and I served in the guard for 8 years and it's pretty depressing but I remember going into my recruiters office and saying I'm prior service I would like to go back in the military but in one condition I want to be deployed immediately I don't want to be here no more he told me what's your job in the military I told the recruiter I was a cook he said well you can't go back in as a cook got to change your job and we can get you deployed in 2 weeks. I said then I'll go infantry and that's what I did just to be away from my mother cuz my life was a living hell. And I never told her anything I didn't national guard so that I could keep doing what I was told to do and succeeding and that's whenever I decided to go to US Army Ranger school and I did that and I'm happy I never told her because as you know and she would have done anything she could to get me out. Then she might have killed him though he died from melanoma cancer she's a registered chemotherapy nurse when John Hopkins University wanted to do other study for melanoma cancer she told them no Tommy didn't want to be known for having gray hair I think she was afraid they're going to do an autopsy of his body and find out how he came in contact with melanoma cancer. So that being said I will say this when investigating for my father's will and Trust I came across my deceased Brothers death certificate she is told everyone he died from heart palpitations on his death certificate and said he died from SIDS not a heart palpitations at all.
