Retreive Login Info

If you forgot your username or password and you wish to recover them, Click here to recover your account. Enter your email address (the one you used to register your LetsHangOut account) and click "Send". You should receive an email containing your login username and a temporary password that we generate for you. You can login using the temporary password, but we highly recommend replacing the password with your desired password.

If you do not receive the email

There may be a problem with your email provider service. The email may be showing up in your "SPAM" folder or your email service may be automatically deleting our messages altogether before you receive them (even before they reach the spam folder), mistakenly associating the messages as spam.

To ensure that you receive emails from LetsHangOut

Add contact@letshangout.com and no-reply@letshangout.com to your address book
Never click "Report Spam" on any LetsHangOut emails

If LetsHangOut messages appear in your Spam Box

Click "Not Spam" for the message
Add our email addresses to your address book (white list)
